Corgi Crew is an NFT collection and network on Cardano aiming to disrupt—and improve—global charitable giving. Our first order of business—build a strong and immersive community, shine a light on dog abuse and neglect around the world, and provide exclusive benefits to our members in the process.
We believe in aligning the incentives of all participants in our ecosystem—from new members, NFT holders, charitable organizations, and the founding team—by utilizing positive feedback loops and ultimately creating self-sustaining ecosystem. That's why we decided to communicate our business model in terms of flywheels.
Founders/Core Team: It all starts with the founding team. They are the ones who spark the flywheel into motion by communicating to the world a new vision for a decentralized network.
Vision: If the vision is compelling enough, a community begins to form around it. Pre-mint, the community prepares to bootstrap initial capital, and post-mint new members learn the mission for the first time before buying on a secondary marketplace.
NFT Value: Combined with volume, the NFT's value matters because it generates royalties, which are key in driving charitable contributions, partnerships, and marketing exposure for the ecosystem.
Royalties: Royalties are reinvested into providing more utility for the NFT holders, as well as distributed to community-driven charities, which in turn provide more exposure for the project.
Utility: As Corgi Crew implements more utility, in the form of giveaways, experiences, and other incentives, new members can be attracted to the ecosystem and will study its vision for the very first time.

Corgi Crew members will receive unique holder benefits such as discounts, access to a gated community with its own utilities and bespoke services from official Corgi Crew partners. On top of this, all Corgi Crew members will be able to stake their non-fungible tokens to earn the $CRW token.
Each Corgi’s appearance and character is originally unique. Some are bolder, some are more devious, and some are just simply good boys. However, what each Corgi does have in common is that they all coexist within the Corgiverse.
